WHAT:
Senator Girardeau, Florida's first black state senator, will serve as speaker for the Academic Services Black History program, "Moments in Jacksonville's Black History." The Senator will chronicle how lines drawn many years ago in Jacksonville enabled President Obama to win Florida and become the 44th President of the United States.
