Media Advisory: International Baccalaureate Training

WHAT:
More than 150 Duval County Public Schools' (DCPS) classroom teachers, content supervisors, instructional coaches, principals and program coordinators will participate in a two-day training provided by the International Baccalaureate (IB) of America.

This on-site professional development is specialized for school districts that have applied for IB authorization in the Diploma Programme.

The IB Diploma Programme, offered to DCPS’ 11th and 12th grade students, is designed as an academically challenging and balanced programme of education with final examinations that prepare students for post-secondary success.

February 25 and 26 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily
