Media Advisory: Superintendent's Reading Celebration
WHAT:
The Superintendent will hold his annual Reading Celebration at Metropolitan Park. The day will begin with a parade of readers and will also include activities with students’ favorite storybook characters, Curious George and the Cat in the Hat.
Superintendent Pratt-Dannals will read a story to students and present them with a medal for reading 25 books and becoming a member of his Star Reader Book Club. Also in attendance will be Board members Paula D. Wright and Fred “Fel” Lee.
