Media Advisory: Fifth and Eighth Grade Recognition Ceremonies
WHAT:
Duval County Public Schools will recognize hundreds of fifth- and eighth-grade students at the annual Fifth and Eighth Grade Recognition Ceremonies. Principals will announce each student’s name and present them with medallions.
Students will be recognized for a variety of achievements including academics, improvement over the years, special talents, participation in school-wide activities, or for the honors and recognitions they have received.

Fifth-Grade Recognition Ceremony: Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 7 p.m. Eighth-Grade Recognition Ceremony: Monday, May 23, 2011 at 6 p.m. WHERE:
