Media Advisory - Carter G. Woodson Hosts Community Day
WHAT:
Carter G. Woodson School of the Medical Arts will be holding its annual Community Day & Health Fair sponsored by A.B. Coleman Cares. The day is organized for students to meet their teacher, receive free school supplies and get information about various vendors.
More than 10 organizations will be participating in the event, including Shands Medical Mobile, the Jacksonville Public Library and the Florida Department of Health, to name a few. There will be entertainment and food provided by Clara’s Café through the Clara White Mission.
