Five Duval County Public Schools (DCPS) students from Darnell-Cookman and James Weldon-Johnson middle schools returned home winners from the 2008 Florida History Fair (FHF).
More than 30 DCPS middle school students participated in the Florida History Fair's Junior Division. This year's theme, "Conflict and Compromise," was a great way for students to bring the past into their present, with meaning and scholarship.
