Recently, members of the Jacksonville University (JU) Glassblowing Department visited art and science students at Paxon School for Advanced Studies to teach them about the glassblowing process, as well as the science background and knowledge in the technique.
Using their kilns and other equipment, university representatives demonstrated both solid modeling and blowing techniques of glass.
