Enterprise Learning Academy dedicated its new playground piece, which was provided by the PTA and the ELA Extended Day program, on the evening of Tuesday, April 21.
During the dedication, Principal Sheridan Brown - along with Jennifer Albertson and Pam Drinkwater from Extended Day, Jacki Carneal, the school's PTA teacher representative, and PTA members Elizabeth Abruzzo, Andrea McClendon, Shannon Altmeter and Lisa Spoor - officially opened the playground with a ribbon cutting ceremony while students, parents and faculty members cheered them on.
More than 1,000 students have now "broken in" the new playground, which will help develop their upper body strength.
