School FCAT Prep Events

To help students better prepare for the FCAT, many schools are hosting the following events:

• FCAT Parent Workshop - Saturday, February 14, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Parents/Guardians of students in every grade level are invited to the district's FCAT workshop at Raines High School, 3663 Raines Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32209.

• Project PASS at Mattie V. Rutherford School, 1514 Hubbard St., Jacksonville, FL 32206. Sessions are held each Saturday through March 7, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Parents and students in every grade level are invited.
  Project PASS is an initiative sponsored by Project Reach and the Greater New Jerusalem Baptist Church to provide tutorial assistance to students in preparation for FCAT. To register or find out more information, click here.

• Enterprise Learning Academy - FCAT Family Night on Tuesday, February 17 at 6 p.m. Two new hands-on science labs will be revealed.

• Grand Park Education Center- FCAT Parent Involvement Night on Thursday, March 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at 2335 West 18th St., Jacksonville, FL 32209. More information is available here.
