William M. Raines High School Band drumline and dancers recently performed at the 2nd Pastors and 83rd Church anniversary celebration of the Greater Bethany Baptist Church. The bands’ performance was the finale of a week-long celebration of the church's anniversary.
The bands’ drumline and the superior-rated auxiliary performed at the opening of the event and helped provide the music for the pastor’s, The Rev. Darryl Edwards II, and first lady's entrance.
Bethany Baptist Church has been a long supporter of William M. Raines High School and its band program. Pastor Edwards was presented with a certificate from the band for his outstanding service and support.
