Her name may be Principal Brown, but the Principal of
Enterprise Learning Academy was all shades of green when she recently got slimed by her students!
The sliming was a celebration of reading success. Principal Brown challenged the students to read 43,000 books this year, and the students
exceeded their challenge and got to pour green gunk all over their principal.
The top readers from every grade level had two scoops each to pour on Brown. Even their Teacher of the Year, Sam Corlew, had the opportunity to show his principal his appreciation for her by dumping the remaining bucket of slime all over her head.
Principal Brown took the sliming in stride, grinning from ear to ear as she congratulated the students for meeting their reading goal. She is now taking suggestions for next year's reading challenge!
