Justina Road Elementary recently hosted an International Fair, allowing visitors to go on a world tour of eight countries in just one day.
Designed along the theme “Jaguars Prowl the World,” International Fair 2010 offered a world class, global experience through its thrilling presentations from the Philippines, Russia, France, China, Nigeria and more. Visitors also got to pass through the Global Kitchen to experience food booths with delicacies representing the culture and heritage of different countries.
International Fair utilized the cultures of different countries to engage students in food, costume, celebrations, geography, education, music and other features of the country they chose to study. It provided students with the opportunity to celebrate cultural diversity as they learned and shared information about countries of the world.
