Congratulations to Benjamin Bragg, a student at
First Coast High School, for winning a travel scholarship from the Société Honoraire de francais-American Association of Teachers of French.
Benjamin was recognized for his superior composition explaining his interest in traveling to France. This contest is offered nationwide and a maximum of 10 awards are given each year.
He will use this award to travel to Nantes and Paris in late March. While in Nantes, Benjamin will reside with a French family and attend Talensac High School, which specializes in science.
Benjamin's French instructor at First Coast is Dr. Louise Hunley.
