FMA Live! Show Entertains Kirby-Smith Middle Students

More than 900 Kirby-Smith Middle students recently had the opportunity to see the NASA/Honeywell FMA Live! Hip Hop traveling math and science stage show.

FMA Live! is an innovative and dynamic show that uses live actors, music and video to teach Newton's Laws of Force and Motions through hip hop music, dance and demos.

The purpose of the show is to engage middle school students in math and science. It supports the learning objectives of the National Science Education Standards and helps students learn that science is key to understanding the world around them.
