On Thursday, April 7, more than 500 students from 12 DCPS’ high schools traveled to
Stanton College Preparatory School to participate in the 2nd annual Calculus Boot Camp.
Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to review various topics with help from their teachers, district mathematics department staff and mathematics professors from the University of North Florida. The students are able to utilize these resources to improve their calculus skills while also assisting each other and learning from their peers.
The district mathematics department would like to thank the following partners for their generous financial contributions that helped fund the event: Texas Instruments, Kaplan K12 Learning Services, McGraw Hill, ntn and el Gizmos.
