The AAA School Safety Patroller of the Year Award recognizes the patroller who best exemplifies the leadership qualities, good citizenship, involvement in the school and application of safety skills vital to effectively and responsibly wearing the AAA School Safety Patrol badge.
This year, one person was selected as the winner from their entry describing “How participating in the AAA School Safety Patrol helped them become a better leader." We are proud to recognize and congratulate Deavion Johnson from
Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary as the AAA School Safety Patroller of the Year winner!
Deavion was honored at the AAA School Safety Patrol Appreciation event held at Universal Orlando in May. As part of the prize, Deavion received tickets to Universal Orlando, tickets to the AAA School Safety Patrol appreciation breakfast at Margaritaville in Universal Orlando’s CityWalk, spending cash and many other goodies.
