Baldwin Middle/Senior High Celebrate Students’ Success

More than 100 sixth- and seventh-grade Baldwin Middle Senior High School students finished the year with a fun reward that included a slushie treat and game period for being students who exemplified Baldwin’s Guidelines for Success.

The guidelines for success, which were created by the school’s Foundation’s Team, are Brave enough to be Motivated, Scholarly and Honest Students. Students are reminded of these expectations through lessons that are taught at the beginning of the school year and are reinforced through posters, teacher reminders, and the morning and afternoon announcements. The guidelines of success are part of Duval County’s Safe and Civil Schools program, which assists all schools in setting school wide expectations for students to create safe learning environments.

The students thoroughly enjoyed their reward playing games and enjoying slushies while celebrating their hard work.
