Second-graders in Mrs. Saoud's class at
Enterprise Learning Academy are participating in a postcard exchange with students throughout the country.
The Enterprise students have been working hard to write 50 postcards to various classrooms in each state, and so far, the students have received five postcards back.
Each time they receive a postcard, they learn some interesting information, like that Stockton, California, the first postcard they received back, is known for its asparagus.
For each postcard location, the students are decorating a map of the United States with pushpins, and using Google Earth to give them a bird's eye view of the city.
