Students participating in
Mayport Middle School's community service club, The Builders Club, have been hard at work this year providing assistance to their community and beyond.
To make the holiday season more special for those around them, the students made beautiful centerpieces for the Beaches Senior Thanksgiving Dinner. They also made holiday cards for our country’s service men and women.
“The Builders Club is one of the strongest community service clubs in this area, and the projects are completely chosen and carried out by these middle school students who are determined to make a difference,” said sponsor Cara Baxter Downs. “This group of students have given their time and energy to better their community, and are still going strong.”
