Students at
Brentwood Elementary School of Performing Arts recently hosted their winter showcase and production, Express to Success.
The scene for this showcase was a New York City subway platform, and featured students in the orchestra, Orff Ensemble and chorus, as well as the dance, drama and visual arts departments. Lights and sound for the show were student run.
"I wanted to connect with our school theme this year of trains so I created Brentwood's Express to Success," said drama teacher Melissa Endich. "The overall theme of the show was that it doesn't matter which train you take as long as you stay on the right track."
