Students
at Wolfson High School received a special visit from renowned author Denise
Grady. Mrs. Grady is the prize-winning author of "Deadly Invaders." She told students about her visit to Angola, a southern African
country, where she conducted research for her book. In addition, she explained
the steps she took to publish her work.
The book is used to help improve students' reading comprehension skills of
nonfiction texts.
The visit was made possible by Carolyn Aponte, one of the Plugged in to Reading
