Fort Caroline Middle was awarded a $10,000 grant from the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), allowing the school to continue providing IB programs and training. Tempus Glass, Fort Caroline’s IB coordinator, took initiative to apply for one of IBO’s grants, which assist IB schools experiencing financial duress.
Fort Caroline received its IB authorization in spring 2011. The grant award will help the school continue with the great work in place. IBO’s decision to grant Fort Caroline Middle is indicative of the hard work and dedication the school gives to its programming.
