A. Philip Randolph gained some insight to life’s problems at a male intervention seminar. Coach Leroy and Johnnie Miller, science teacher at Randolph, hosted the seminar for more than 250 male students.
When the bell rang for the fourth period of school, all young men hurried into the auditorium. The intervention focused on sharing the teachers’ knowledge and wisdom with the students. The topics included life’s major issues, the importance of education, decision making skills, dressing for success, manners and self-respect.
Several male teachers and administrators joined the seminar offering their support and guidance. A. Philip Randolph is proud to host these seminars in the hopes that students will gain an extra perspective on life.
