The ACE Mentor Program, a project that has been active in Duval County Public Schools for five years, has been awarded the prestigious 2010 Presidential Award for Excellence in Science, Mathematics and Engineering Mentoring (PAESMEM). The program was brought to Duval County initially through
A. Philip Randolph, and has since spread to
Englewood High School.
