Loretto Elementary Students Prepare for the Lego League Tournament
Before Winter Break, Loretto Elementary School's Lego League team, the Wisdom Warriors, participated in a practice day for the upcoming FLL (FIRST Lego League) Osprey Challenge tournament at the University of North Florida (UNF).
 Since September, the Wisdom Warriors have been meeting twice a week after school to learn about this year's FLL theme - Senior Solutions. They have built a robot that will compete against other teams to complete various tasks having to do with problems that arise with age.
The team will be performing a skit where they will introduce their innovative solution for age-related hearing loss. Approximately 20 teams from around northeast Florida will be participating in the tournament.
The tournament is being held Saturday, January 12 at UNF. Good luck to the Wisdom Warriors!
