Office of Organizational Effectiveness

The Office of Organizational Effectiveness (OOE) will help Duval County Public Schools become a higher performing school district by:

  • Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and procedures
  • Eliminating unnecessary tasks, processes and programs
  • Ensuring accountability is maintained across the system

About OOE

Organizational Effectiveness is a systematic and systemic approach to continuously improving the district's:

  • Overall performance;
  • Capacity; and
  • Student outcomes.

Employees at all levels of the district will be empowered to influence and effect change throughout the district.
