Duval County Public Schools provides a range of support services such as homework assistance programs, breakfast/lunch programs, and school transportation services for those who qualify and need them. Additional examples of supportive programs and services include occupational and physical therapy programs, speech and language therapies, and guidance and assessment services. Specialized equipment is also provided to those who require it.
Just as important, classrooms are designed, equipped and staffed to accommodate the individual needs of students with cognitive, emotional, behavioral, physical and sensory disabilities.
All instruction and services offered by Exceptional Student Education are completely free of charge.
