Academic Safety Nets
The overall goal of our
academic safety net program is to provide extra assistance
to those students in grades K-5 who consistently do not meet
the standards. We use six criteria to make this
determination:
-
School-based Screening and
Progress Monitoring Assessment (Reading, Math, Science)
-
Standardized Test Results (FCAT)
-
Report Card Grades
-
Daily In-class Performance
-
Learning Leader Judgment
-
Special Education
