Parents are
always welcome to visit Timucuan Elementary. If possible, let your
child's teacher know that you are coming ahead of time - there may
be something that you can do to help!
Extended Day
Extended Day
is offered at Timucuan Elementary with qualified staff at an
affordable rate.
Timucuan Elementary PTA welcomes you to our fine school!
We want YOU to be a part of our PTA – it’s for everyone
who cares about our children and our schools. We’d like
every mom and dad (and other important people in your
child’s life) to come to our school and see for yourself
how we work to educate young minds to become tomorrow’s
leaders. Anyone can join, and as we like to say: "You get
the card, but your kid gets the benefits!"
We do fundraising, yes, but more importantly we act for
positive changes to our school to directly benefit the kids.
Even if you don’t attend all our meetings, your input and
cooperation are vital to our school’s success.
This year we introduce "Three for Me" ~ a volunteer
initiative. All we are asking for is a 3-hour commitment to
the school during year. You can do anything you are able for
the students, teachers, or school as a whole. You just need
to record your time and efforts in our volunteer log for
credit. It’s very easy, and we promise you’ll learn
something new about Timucuan!
