Come on in!

Media Center staff are trying to have the media center open for about 30 minutes before and after school but their actual hours are 7:10 to 2:25. Students may come before or after school to the media center without a pass, but are still expected to have their ID.

 YOUR ID is your Library Card. You must have YOUR ID to check out ANYTHING!

Don't forget your ID!!!

 During the school day, students may come individually to the media center with a pink media pass which they can get from any of their teachers. The library staff also gives out library passes before school in the media center for lunch. Students cannot come in just because they are at lunch.

Check It Out!

Our catalog is online and is connected to every library in the county. You may access it at http://destiny.duvalschools.org.

You may check out up to five (5) books at a time for two weeks. If you want to renew a book, you may do so with your ID. You do not have to have the book with you to renew it. Overdue book fines are $0.05 a day per book. Reference books may be kept overnight and are $0.50 a day if turned in late.

Can’t Find It?

If we do not have a book, we can request it from another school.

We will also take requests and suggestions to purchase what we can when funds are available.
