Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration for the 2011-2012 school year has begun. A child who is 5 years old on or before September 1st, 2011 is eligible to start kindergarten.

The following documents are required for registration:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Immunization Records
3. State of Florida School Entry Health Exam
4. Social Security Card (optional)
5. Proof of Residence (JEA bill, cable bill, lease agreement)
