William M. Raines Senior High School is part of the Duval County Public School System and is well known for its distinguished history and outstanding accomplishments in academics, athletics, activities, and service. The school serves approximately 1,500 students and is dedicated to providing a safe and enriching learning environment for these students.

All of the achievements at Raines are possible because the mission and objectives at Raines are not only to provide a supportive learning environment for the students, but also to encourage the professional development of the faculty and staff.
