Team Up

TEAM UP is an after school program provided to you through Girls Inc. from funding provided by the Jacksonville Children’s Commission, and the United Way.  TEAM UP provides students with academic enrichment, fun activities, snack and dinner each day for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.  If time permits TEAM UP will assist students with homework after dinner.

TEAM UP is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. on early release Wednesdays.  The goals of TEAM UP are as follows: to increase the number of students promoted to the next grade level at the end of the school year, to improve students’ FCAT scores, to increase school attendance, and to provide activities that help children build assets and competencies through positive youth development.
