Notice Regarding Code of Student Conduct for School Year 2025-2026
Elementary
In order to conserve resources, schools will not distribute paper copies of the Code of Student Conduct (Code) to every student. You can locate an electronic copy of the Code online at the district website at https://www.duvalschools.org. If you require a paper copy of the Code, please check the box indicated below, sign and return this sheet, and one will be provided to your child.
This Code has been adopted to help your student gain the greatest possible benefit from their education. Please read and discuss the Code with your student. Torequesta printed copy of the Code, please sign this sheet and return it to school.
This form will be kept at the school. Training on the Code of Student Conduct will be provided to all students, teachers, and administration during the first month of school.
FAILURE TO RETURN THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM WILL NOT RELIEVE A STUDENT OR THE PARENT/ GUARDIAN OF THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT OR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DCPS PROPERTY.
