Summer VPK is designed for children entering kindergarten this fall who did not participate in a VPK program during the school year.

Summer VPK registration information will be released in spring 2026.

To begin the enrollment process:

1. Complete the application. Click here for the application.

2. Once submitted, call 904-630-6790 to schedule an appointment to bring the required documents listed below.

Required Documents for Summer VPK Registration:

• Certificate of Eligibility for Summer VPK (300-hour certificate)

• Proof of age (e.g., birth certificate)

• Two proofs of address (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement)

• Proof of Florida immunizations (Form DH 680)

• Proof of Florida physical exam (completed within one year)

Summer Bridge is available for students who attended a VPK program during the school year and scored at or below the 10th percentile on the VPK FAST Progress Monitoring Three assessment. The district will release information regarding programming in spring 2026.
