The Teacher Development and Support (TDS) team works with early career certified and employees new to DCPS who hold a FLDOE certificate.  We partner with the Professional Development Facilitator (PDF) at each school to assist with developing new teachers.  This includes helping to ensure successful completion of state-mandated induction requirements.  The TDS team also offers one-on-one coaching with teachers as well as hosting small groups and large-scale learning experiences.

3. Individualized: one-on-one coaching for all teachers with a PEC Requirement
