March 3, 2026 – Duval County Public Schools, in partnership with Trinity Commercial Group, has re-listed its administrative headquarters property at 1701 Prudential Drive and issued an open call for offers on the Southbank Riverwalk site.

The re-listing follows a temporary pause in the headquarters relocation process after the prior contract with Chase Properties was terminated. The district is reviewing next steps to ensure the move aligns with operational needs and careful management of resources.

DCPS continues to explore relocation options that would lower the current facility’s annual maintenance costs of $512,624, improve operational efficiency, and enhance staff collaboration. Moving administrative offices would also make the riverfront property available for redevelopment.

The property consists of approximately 4.87 acres of waterfront land within the Commercial Central Business District. The Future Land Use designation is CBD, and the site is subject to the Downtown Development Overlay. The parcel is adjacent to the RiversEdge project and is located within a downtown corridor with multiple active developments. The site may support mid- to high-rise residential, mixed-use, or hospitality development, consistent with zoning and applicable regulations.

Interested parties are invited to submit offers to Trinity Commercial Group by April 1, 2026.
