Saturday Testing at Atlantic Coast

Atlantic Coast High School is an official testing site for the SAT and ACT on designated Saturdays throughout the 2025-2026 school year.

Arrival & Check-In:

  • Doors open at 7:45 a.m., and testing begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. once check-in is completed. Once testing room doors are closed, no more students will be allowed to enter.

  • Students will enter through the doors near the Performing Arts Center (see parking and entrance directions below).

  • You must bring a photo ID in order to check in. Acceptable forms of ID: student ID, driver's license, passport, or government ID.

Test Day Requirements:

  • The SAT and ACT are fully digital. Students must bring a fully charged Windows laptop or MacBook. DCPS students may bring their DCPS device.

  • SAT: Before arriving, please install Bluebook and complete the pre-test screening. Your Chromebook may or may not work for the SAT. Well in advance of your test day, check your Chromebook following these instructions.

  • ACT: Before arriving, please install the ACT Gateway secure testing application and make sure it is functioning. Tablets are not supported.

Parking & Entry Directions for Saturday Test Days

If Coming from E-Town Parkway Towards 9B:

  1. Travel on E-Town Parkway north toward Atlantic Coast High School.

  2. Before passing the school building, turn into the first entrance on your right.

If Coming from Baymeadows Road:

  1. Travel on R.G. Skinner Parkway south toward the school building.

  2. Take the entrance on your left after you pass the school building.

Parking & Entry:

  • Park in the Faculty & Staff parking lot, marked with a green check on the map.

  • Walk toward the 600 building entrance, following designated walkways.
