Preparing Students for a Global Society
For generations, Alfred I. duPont Middle School has provided young people with a supportive learning environment. We champion dual-language learning and cultural inclusivity; preparing students for their success.
Our Dual Language Program
Students are cohorted, learning their core academic classes in both English and Spanish. Students will be enrolled in either standard or advanced courses, having the same five core academic teachers 6th-8th grade.
International Business & World Language Academy
At Alfred I. duPont Middle School's International Business and World Language Academy, students learn the importance of a global marketplace while studying a world language; preparing students to become linguistically and culturally competitive in a growing global economy.
Committed to Diversity
Our school honors the American philanthropist Alfred I. duPont who built what is now Epping Forest. Our faculty members are from the U.S., Latin America, Turkey, India, Africa, and the Philippines. Our students represent 15 different countries, including Sudan, South America, Ethiopia, Kenya, Syria, Poland, and Southeast Asia.

International Business & World Language Academy
At Alfred I. duPont Middle School's International Business and World Language Academy, students learn the importance of a global marketplace while studying a world language; preparing students to become linguistically and culturally competitive in a growing global economy. Students are eligible to earn high school credits in French or Spanish.
Athletics
Options for student athletes include football, volleyball, cheerleading, basketball, soccer, track, baseball, softball, and swimming.
Pre-Early College
Pre-Early College provides middle school students with the opportunity to earn up to four high school credits and college credit. This program provides students with reading enrichment designed to promote success in advanced level courses, postsecondary readiness, and success on Florida's Postsecondary Readiness Assessment (PERT) in Reading. Participation in Pre-Early College may lead to High School Acceleration Programs including Early College, AICE, IB, and AP Capstone. This program has eligibility requirements.
