Hello, I am coach Michael Takach. I've been the middle school baseball coach here at Baldwin for over 10 years. I hold a special affinity to the baseball program here as this is the same field I played on in my middle and high school years. The middle school program here is geared for success every season by cultivating a combination of hard work and teamwork. The players play for each other above anything else and that drives us every year into a successful season. What's unique about the middle school program here is the players get direct access to varsity players, coaches, equipment and resources. The high school program fosters the middle school players, and you will always see varsity coaches and players coming in to help the younger boys. That's the Indian advantage. #RollTribe
