Applying: How to Create and Link a Parent Focus Account
A Parent FOCUS account is required to complete the School Choice Application Process. It is a two-step process. After you create your parent account you will then need to link your student to your account. The application will be available through the Parent FOCUS account. Click the title above to create your Parent FOCUS account.
After you have created your Parent FOCUS account, the next step in the process is to link your student's FOCUS account to your parent account. Make sure your email address, mailing address, and phone numbers are up to date in the Duval County Public Schools database. The school that your child(ren) currently attends is responsible for maintaining this information for families. The Office of School Choice cannot update mailing addresses, emails, and/or phone numbers. Click the title above to link your student to your parent account.
Auditions are required, but prior experience is not necessarily required! Beginners and those with developed skills in any art area will be successful at Fort Caroline.

* 2D Art applicants must submit portfolio to attend in person auditions.
Deadlines
Controlled Open Enrollment for 26-27 SY
Portfolio submitted by April 9th for the April 25th Live Draw/ Audition.
Portfolio submitted by May 9 for May 16th Audition
After completion of the School Choice application, the application/ request to audition (ABOVE), and the audition, parents will be notified of status through the Parent FOCUS account.
