Welcome to Greenfield Elementary! It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as your Assistant Principal. I am incredibly excited to be part of a school community that is committed to fostering meaningful relationships, academic excellence, and a culture where every child can thrive.

Originally from just outside of Philadelphia, I began my career in education as an elementary school teacher before moving to Jacksonville and joining Duval County Public Schools. Throughout my journey as a middle school English Language Arts teacher and instructional coach, I have remained passionate about helping students grow, supporting teachers, and partnering with families. These experiences have reinforced my belief that when we build strong relationships, maintain high expectations, and work together as a team, every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Our 2026–2027 theme, "Rooted in Kindness, Growing in Excellence," reflects the type of school community we are building together. Kindness creates an environment where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to take risks, while excellence inspires us to continually learn, grow, and strive to be our very best. I believe every child deserves to feel a strong sense of belonging and to know they are capable of achieving great things.

As we continue to grow Greenfield's innovative STEM program, I look forward to seeing our Dolphins develop curiosity, creativity, perseverance, and confidence through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Together, we will encourage students to think critically, solve problems, collaborate with others, and become lifelong learners who are prepared for the future.

I am excited to partner with our students, families, staff, and community as we continue building upon Greenfield's strong tradition of excellence. By working together and keeping students at the center of every decision, we can create a school where every Dolphin is supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
