On Wednesday, March 11, 2015 there was a Ribbon Cutting and Dedication of the New Playground and Special Olympics Opening Ceremony. We have been working for nearly a year to get a fully accessible playground for ALL of our students constructed at school. Because our students all have significant health impairments, cognitive disabilities, physical disabilities and autism, they are often unable to use the playground spaces at other public parks. This new playground will allow ALL students to have a safe easy and accessible place to learn and play.
