Student Uniform Policy 2026-2027

Student uniforms can be purchased at RC Uniforms- located at 11153 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32246 or visit their website for online orders!

SIXTH GRADE

  • Yellow STEM Academy polo shirt (must have logo; cannot be just any yellow polo shirt)

  • RC khaki pants (NO black pants, jeans, leggings, etc)

  • Any closed-toed shoes (flats, sneakers, boots, etc.).

  • Students may NOT wear: sandals, slippers/house shoes, Crocs, slides, etc.

*NOTE: Jackets must be DCPS/JSA Jackets. Students may also wear a long-sleeve black or white shirt underneath their polo. No hoodies are permitted in the building.

SEVENTH GRADE

All 7th graders are required to wear the new polo uniform for the 2026-2027 school year. Oxford Blue uniforms are no longer acceptable.

  • RC khaki pants (NO black pants, jeans, leggings, etc)

ACCESSORIES

All students must adhere to the following accessory guidelines below :

  • Jackets - students may only wear the STEM Academy jackets sold by RC Uniforms (pictured) while inside the building. Any other jacket may be worn outside the building (raincoats, winter coats, etc.) but must be put away in the student's bookbag before entering the building.

  • Headphones - all earbuds, headphones, BEATs, etc. must be placed in students' bookbags upon entering the school building. Students are provided headphones when needed for classroom use.

P.E. UNIFORMS

All students at JSA must purchase the P.E. Uniform from RC Uniforms. P.E. uniforms for 2026-2027 remain the same as last year. It has not changed yet. Students must have:

  • Red YMWLA P.E. shirt

  • Red YMWLA P.E. shorts

  • Sneakers

  • Socks

Lockers are recommended for all P.E. students. Locks for P.E. lockers must be purchase in the front office in order to utilize the lockers. Students without a lock cannot use the lockers; this is to keep students' items safe. JSA is not liable for any items placed in lockers without a lock.
