Bow Hanging Ceremony

On Friday, October 23, 2026, Anchored4Life hosted a Bow Hanging Ceremony on campus to honor all military connected students at our school. As a designated Purple Star School, JWJ proudly displayed purple bows across campus to recognize and celebrate the unique experiences, contributions, and sacrifices of our military students and their families.

The ceremony served as a meaningful reminder of our school’s commitment to supporting military-connected students and honoring their families’ service to our country. While ribbon colors do not all carry official symbolic meanings, purple has long been associated with sacrifice, honor, and distinguished service in U.S. military tradition. Through this special event, JWJ reaffirmed its dedication to ensuring that every military-connected student feels valued, recognized, and supported.
