Lakeshore Middle School is a uniform school, and uniforms are a requirement for all students in attendance at Lakeshore Middle School. Please see the daily uniform requirements listed below for all Lakeshore Middle School students.

Students must wear an appropriate school uniform of a school-approved polo shirt, pants, and jacket without a hood.

· Uniform Shirt Colors by Grade:

• 6th Grade: Black polo shirt

• 7th Grade: Grey polo shirt

• 8th Grade: Burgundy polo shirt

All shirts must be plain and in the assigned grade-level color.

Uniform Pants Colors (All Grades):

• Black

• Blue

• Khaki

Only uniform shorts and pants are permitted.

Student IDs:

All students must wear their student ID at all times on campus.

·       Students are only allowed to wear jackets, sweaters, cardigans with the Lakeshore Middle School logo on them.

·       Hoodies are NOT allowed on the campus of Lakeshore Middle School, and not allowed in their backpacks or purses.

·       The bottoms should be uniform styled BLACK, KHAKI, AND BLUE uniform pants or shorts ONLY. Jeans, leggings, jeggings, ripped pants,skirts, shorts and skorts and dresses are NOT allowed for uniform purposes. The shirt must be visible for safety reasons.

·       T-shirts are not considered a part of the school uniform unless it is a school approved dress down day.

·       Crocs, flip flops, sandals, and backless shoes, house shoes, yeezy’s, bullet-proof vest, beanies, hats, lace-bands, bandanas, bonnets, and no scarves are not allowed on the Lakeshore Middle School campus.

Sneakers are appropriate.
