To complete your student's enrollment, please download and fill out the Enrollment Checklist. This checklist helps ensure you have all of the required documents and information needed to finalize your child's enrollment. Once you have completed the checklist and gathered the required items, please bring the checklist and all supporting documents to the school's front office. School staff will review your materials and assist you with completing the enrollment process.
