Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at Mandarin Oaks Elementary!

I am thrilled to begin my 10th year as principal of this incredible school community—a place that truly feels like a second home to me. As both a school leader and a parent, I have the unique privilege of experiencing MOE through multiple perspectives, and I couldn’t be prouder of the caring, innovative, and inclusive environment we have built together.

We are especially excited to begin the year as an A-rated school, a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, staff, and families. This achievement is something we celebrate together, and it inspires us to continue striving for excellence in everything we do.

This year, our school theme is centered around sports and championship teamwork. At Mandarin Oaks, we know that success is not achieved alone. Just like a championship team, every player has an important role to play. Throughout the year, we will focus on teamwork, perseverance, leadership, sportsmanship, and giving our best effort each day—both inside and outside the classroom. Together, we will work toward new goals, celebrate victories, learn from challenges, and continue building a culture where every student can thrive.

As an Accelerated Studies Magnet School, we remain committed to providing engaging learning experiences that challenge students to think critically, dream big, and reach their full potential.
