As a part of the overall curriculum, computer science is offered as a elective to provide students with an opportunity to learn computing concepts. Students are deeply afforded the chance to learn the latest advancements of how technology functions and how to engage technological platforms from the perspective of a producer rather than a consumer.

The program consists of four courses of which three are taught on campus. The courses are classified as career technical education (CTE) instruction which provides students with opportunities to earn industry certifications. Topics covered by this career framework include software and hardware programming, computer networking, web technology and emerging tech. To the right are the courses offered in the Computer Science Principles framework all of which qualifies as honors credit.
