The Fine Arts Department at Westside High School provides students with opportunities to develop their creativity, confidence, and technical skills through visual and performing arts. Whether students are exploring a new interest or preparing for college or a career in the arts, our programs encourage artistic growth, collaboration, and self-expression. 

All Fine Arts courses meet Florida high school graduation requirements for Fine Arts credit while providing hands-on learning experiences, public performances, exhibitions, and opportunities to showcase student talent. 

Participation in the Fine Arts helps students develop lifelong skills that extend beyond the classroom, including:
